■主な職務内容
・定義された調達品目に対し、タイムリーな供給、コスト削減、品質確保、サービス水準向上を目的とした調達戦略を策定・実行する.
・サプライヤーの選定、育成、契約交渉、パフォーマンス管理を含む調達プロセス全体をリード.
・主要サプライヤーとの関係を管理し、納期・品質・契約遵守の確保を推進.
・市場調査や業界動向分析を行い、新たな調達機会やリスクを特定.
・エンジニアリング、品質、プロジェクト管理などの関連部門と連携し、調達活動が事業要件と整合するよう調整.
・サプライチェーン全体の継続的改善を推進し、効率性向上とコスト削減を実現.
・関連法規および日立、日立エナジー社内規程に基づき、コンプライアンスを遵守.
・日立エナジーの価値観（安全と誠実）に基づき、責任ある行動を徹底.

・納期遵守のパフォーマンスおよび運用上のサプライヤー品質に責任を持つ.

・注文の処理、サプライヤーとのフォローアップ、納品の監視、および注文の逸脱や苦情の処理に責任を持つ. ・サプライヤーとの価格交渉を行い、時間通りの納品を確実に実行する.

・価格競争力と資材の入手可能性を高めるためにフレーム契約を作成する.

・部品およびアセンブリの調達に責任を持つ. ・マスターデータの正確性を確保し、システムデータの監視および調整、在庫削減の取り組み、エラーメッセージの処理を実施する.

・エンジニアリング、プロジェクトマネジメント、生産などの社内ステークホルダー、および社内外のサプライヤーと協力し業務を実施する. ・安全性と誠実さという日立エナジーのコアバリューとして、同僚や事業を大切にしながら自分の行動に責任を持って対応する.

■応募要件
・工学、産業工学、または経済学・経営学等の学士以上.
・十分な対人関係能力とコミュニケーション能力.
・日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力（他言語があれば尚可）.

■Your responsibilities:

• You will develop and implement sourcing strategies for defined material groups within the service business unit to achieve availability on time, cost savings, quality, and service level objectives.
• You will lead the procurement process for defined material groups, including identifying and selecting and developing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
• You will manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual terms.
• You will conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and project management to ensure procurement activities align with business requirements.
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• You will ensure compliance with Hitachi policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

• You will be responsible for on-time delivery performance and operational supplier quality.
• You will be responsible for processing orders, following up with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and processing of order deviations and complaints.
• You will negotiate with supplier prices and deliver on time.
• You will create frame contracts to increase the price competitiveness and material availability.
• You will be responsible for the procurement of components and assemblies.
• You will ensure correct and precise master data including monitoring and adjusting system data, working on inventory reduction, and handling of error messages.
• You will be in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Project Management, and Production as well as internal /external Suppliers.

• Degree/master's required: bachelor's degree or above or equivalent in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
