The opportunity
We are seeking experienced ERP resources to join the PGHV SAP optimization team. This is a new function at PGHV and we are now looking to strenghten our team of six with two more people. The work spans over all the business processes as defined by the Reiwa business template. (Quote to cash, plan to deliver, record to report, source to pay, design and quality.)

In this role, you will work across PGHV Sweden and you will support the Ludvika units and Cooling Systems in Landskrona. The role is very broad and includes a wide range of different challenges and opportunities, for example master data governance, process improvements, change management, specific projects, data extraction and analysis, report creation, trainings and much more.

You will work closely together with key users and coordinate best practices between units.

How you'll make an impact

  • In a structured way work with change management and ensure that projects and changes are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with key users within the different business streams.
  • You will become an SAP and business process expert, someone to turn to for support and advice
  • This position will give you the chance to get an overview and understand business processes within PGHV and make sure that we work in a structured way and according to best practices across units.

Your background

  • You have a background within ERP systems and deep SAP experience is very valuable.
  • You are used to working closely with business users and you are a great team player.
  • You contribute with your communication skills, as well as with your ability to motivate others.
  • Prior project management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Proficient knowledge in English and Swedish is required since you need to communicate with employees in different departments and other countries.
