About the role

As a Business Controller within Corporate Functions, you will play a key role in strengthening financial performance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with leaders in Sweden and contribute to insights, process improvements, and high-quality reporting. This role is ideal for someone seeking responsibility, development opportunities, and the chance to influence future ways of working.

• Act as a strategic partner to leaders across Corporate Functions
• Analyze financial results, cost drivers, and KPIs
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes
• Develop and enhance controlling tools, processes, and systems
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant reporting
• Contribute to a culture built on accountability, integrity, and collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
• Experience from business controlling or equivalent analytical roles
• Strong accounting knowledge and excellent analytical capabilities
• Solid system knowledge, including SAP and MS Office
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Proactive, ambitious, collaborative and able to take ownership and drive progress
