In this role, You will:

• Make sure general procedures defined by the BIM Manager are used during project execution
• Prepare BIM execution plans and project specific training documentation.
• Ensure that the specified BIM execution plan is followed during project execution
• Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
• Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.
• Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required.
• Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
• Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.
• Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support.
• Frequent model management administration and maintenance.
• Lead and drive project related BIM Use cases like:
• Clash and Clearance Checks
• BIM-4D Simulation
• Issue Management
• Visualizations
• Asset management
• Setup and moderate regular BIM coordination meetings between all project disciplines
• Manage, both strategically and operationally, the appropriate use of technical and human resources.
• Use your negotiation skills to finalize the terms that would benefit your projects
