Associated Project Manager

The opportunity

You will join our Project Management team and support the execution of projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for professionals in the early stages of their project management career who want to learn by doing. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and gain exposure to planning, financial control, risk management, contracts, and customer interaction.

You will contribute to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
You will grow your technical and business skills while working in a collaborative and international environment within the energy industry.

How you'll make an impact

  • Support project execution from initiation to formal closure.
  • Plan project activities, resources, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and cash flow.
  • Support risk and opportunity identification and management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and qualified suppliers.
  • Support contract administration and change management.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Advanced English skills, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of project planning and organization fundamentals.
  • Understanding of cost control, budgets, and project KPIs.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
