Application Engineering Specialist

You'll prepare technical presentations, craft solution-focused documentation, and provide essential engineering insight that strengthens customer relationships and drives long-term success.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with product management and business development to shape application strategies.
• Support sales teams through technical training, presentations, and solution expertise.
• Provide consultative engineering support to production and operations teams.
• Develop and promote effective tools, equipment, and methods for transformer components.
• Lead advanced engineering assignments using innovative techniques.
• Drive improvements that elevate customer satisfaction and product acceptance.
• Coordinate testing, manufacturing, and installation activities.
• Serve as a technical liaison for internal teams and external customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer components or related engineering.
• Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience providing customer-facing technical support is a plus.
