You will shape high-level technical concepts from early customer engagement through tendering and support their refinement during project execution.
How you'll make an impact

- Develop and compare high-level technical solution concepts for charging infrastructure, including system architecture, key design criteria, scope boundaries and interfaces.
- Translate customer and market requirements into optimized, feasible, and value-based solutions using the Hitachi Energy portfolio, while identifying assumptions, deviations, technical risks & opportunities.
- Support Sales Capture and tender teams during pre-design by coordinating technical inputs, evaluating solution options and handing over the selected concept for verification and refinement by tender and factory teams.
- Coordinate with internal specialists and interface partners on power-system studies, grid connection, power conversion, charging equipment, energy management, smart charging, control and communication, civil interfaces and installation concepts.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, concept descriptions, single-line diagrams, design criteria, study scopes, and customer-facing technical material.
- Support project teams after awards clarification and refinement of the sold solution, helping preserve design intent, manage interfaces, and identify opportunities for optimization or upselling.
- Use customer and market insights to support Product Management in improving offerings, standard solutions and application guidelines for eMobility charging infrastructure.
- Contribute to technical workshops, events, training, customer seminars and knowledge sharing across countries and functions.
