How you'll make an impact

• Develop, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications and IT solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with architects, application managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Support application installation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver timely, effective resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance, user training, and documentation to support successful adoption.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development and application delivery.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, C++, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or Python.
• Knowledge of modern development platforms and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Power Apps, GitHub, or MuleSoft.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and project delivery frameworks such as Agile or PMP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
