What's the role?
Our focus is to strategically manage and innovate our global real estate portfolio, creating dynamic, safe, and cost-effective workspaces that empower our teams, reflect our brand, and support the core business of HERE.
You will be part of a globally connected Workplace Experience team. Your manager is based in Germany and you will have 2 peers in Berlin and Chicago. Together, the team collaborates across regions to ensure consistent, high-quality workplace operations, while the APAC region is supported by a separate, dedicated team.

What’s the role?
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Workplace Experience Manager – Western Europe & Nordics to oversee day-to-day facilities operations across our offices in the assigned geography. You will ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery of workplace services, coordinate vendors and landlords, support office projects, and be a reliable point of contact for operational issues across the region.
This role is operational and hands-on, designed for someone with 3+ years’ relevant experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
On an average week, we expect you to be 3 days per week split between our Amsterdam and Eindhoven offices.
Main Responsibilities
- Champion the ongoing evolution of regional facilities operations across multiple offices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance service delivery and align with HERE’s vision for outstanding workplaces.
- Act as the go-to contact for facilities or workplace concerns, anticipating challenges, driving swift resolutions, and continuously improving the workplace experience.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and landlords to not only meet but exceed contracted standards, ensuring safety and consistently raising the bar for service quality and compliance.
- Support and inspire office projects - whether moves, expansions, furniture upgrades, refurbishments, or closures- by bringing new ideas and a commitment to creating dynamic, employee-focused environments.
- Drive efficient procurement processes (POs, vendor onboarding, invoicing) in close partnership with finance and procurement, with an eye on innovation and value creation for the workplace.
- Monitor and analyze facilities budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), delivering transparent reporting and helping plan investments that elevate workplace quality.
- Maintain and leverage operational data (space, service delivery, compliance) in systems of record to inform continuous workplace improvements and future-focused decisions.
- Lead and support health, safety, security, and compliance initiatives, proactively shaping practices that promote well-being and a culture of excellence in every workplace.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving needs and deliver innovative workplace services that foster business continuity and an exceptional employee experience.
Who are you?
You are a hands-on workplace professional who enjoys being close to the operation and making things work smoothly day to day. With a strong sense of ownership, you balance execution with collaboration, feel comfortable managing multiple offices and stakeholders, and take pride in creating safe, well-run, and welcoming workplaces where employees can do their best work.
- 3+ years’ experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Property/Building Management, or similar
- Hands-on operational mindset with a strong bias for execution and problem resolution
- Proven experience coordinating vendors, landlords, and service providers across multiple locations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate across cultural and organizational boundaries
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
