What's the role?

Are you ready to make a lasting impact on an organization’s most critical initiatives? As a Strategic Transformation Manager, you will drive high-impact, cross-functional projects that are top priorities for our C-suite and senior leadership. Your primary focus will be on collaboratively solutioning and leading the top initiatives for the company’s COO and CFO.

 

You’ll join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that acts as an internal consulting group, tackling a wide array of topics and working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful and sustainable results. Partnering with subject matter experts across the organization, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing strategic initiatives with a focus on long-term success.

Based in Poland, you will interact with a wide array of stakeholders situated globally. Given the high priority of the organizational initiatives you will be driving, the role offers significant interaction with senior management and exposure to all parts of the business.

Who are you?

 

You will be part of a close‑knit Strategic Transformation team led by an inspiring and experienced leader based in Amsterdam, working alongside three peer colleagues in a highly collaborative setup. Together, you operate as an internal consulting team, partnering closely with senior leaders across the organization to tackle the company’s most critical initiatives. In this role, you thrive in an environment where trust, teamwork, and intellectual challenge go hand in hand, and where your ideas and contributions directly shape strategic outcomes at the highest level of the business.

 

  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or similar role, with a global or European scope, is essential
  • 4+ years of relevant experience driving strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated strong PowerPoint (storytelling) and Excel (analysis and modeling) skills for delivering professional presentations and insights
  • Advanced English speaking is a must
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • A strategic mindset combined with operational expertise to translate vision into actionable outcomes.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority initiatives; experience in project management is advantageous.
  • Experience in change management with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, even without formal authority.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
