Sr Project Coordinator ( Project and Program Management)

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and delivery commitments.
• Establish governance practices to track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and key decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business teams to align execution with strategic objectives.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery practices, release planning activities, implementation readiness, and delivery coordination.
• Identify delivery risks early and work with stakeholders to create effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI capabilities to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, RAID management, and decision support while ensuring appropriate validation.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and delivery health metrics to support informed decision-making.

• 5+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives, digital transformations, integrations, modernization efforts, or strategic projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Waterfall approaches, SDLC practices, release management, and delivery governance.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management platforms.
• The ability to manage priorities, schedules, risks, dependencies, communications, and business outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Experience supporting benefit realization, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP®, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent credentials.
