What's the role?
Intern responsibilities & deliverables:
- Support the HR PMO team with execution of global projects such as the Sustainable Employability project, Skills and Learning project.
- Support in administrative tasks; for example; setting up (project team) meetings, drafting meeting minutes, planning/organizing activities
- Support preparing communication and presentations for project teams, HERE employees, HR colleagues, etc.
- Support on documentation and analysis
- And of course, work on your own internship assignment at HERE

As an intern, you’ll get to see how global HR initiatives are organized from start to finish and contribute to projects that shape the employee experience.
Our key activities include:
- Project owners, and project support, of global HR projects: planning, organization, and execution of projects.
- Coordination and facilitation of HR initiatives for HR teams, employees, and leaders through newsletters, info sessions, and other communication channels.
- Supporting global People communications and helping to launch campaigns across the company.
- Helping design, plan, and implement strategic HR programs, such as Hybrid Working, Culture Evolution, Compliance, and Sustainable Employability.
The PMO acts as the connector within the People team, bringing people together, making sure projects run smoothly, and helping turn ideas into impactful actions.
Who are you?
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or a Master's program, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in English is a must-have, as it will be the primary language of communication within our multicultural team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Eindhoven office
- Available to start Feb 2026
