TH Product Specialist

• Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product, including its features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Serve as the go-to expert for the product within the organization.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use these insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including product training, creating sales materials, and assisting in customer meetings. Ensure the sales team is well-equipped to effectively promote and sell the product.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Provide expert product guidance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies. Provide input on product enhancements and new product development based on market feedback.
