WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Service Support Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Service Support team while supporting key service coordination activities. You will ensure efficient service delivery to customers, technicians, and sales representatives.
In this role, you will manage customer requests, inventory, invoicing, and equipment tracking, while monitoring work orders, service calls, and billing accuracy. You will approve credits, resolve escalated issues, and ensure processes are followed. You will also support inventory accuracy, coordinate with vendors, and help drive operational improvements and service performance.
WHAT YOU BRING
You have 5-7 years of experience in a technical service environment, with exposure to both operations and sales, and a post-secondary education in a related field. Experience with dental equipment or technical services is an asset.
You bring a strong customer-first mindset, a solid understanding of business operations, and their impact on overall performance. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working across systems and tools, including Excel, you are adaptable and communicate effectively at all levels, collaborate cross-functionally, and are driven to improve processes and deliver results.
Your favorite words are service excellence, service coordination, inventory management, technical support, collaboration, accountability, efficiency, process improvement.
*This position is based in our Concord Branch.
Compensation: The posted range for this position is $65,000- $72,000 which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc
