The Role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Support for a Fixed term, to cover parental leave through to October 2026.

This role primarily supports the execution of the marketing strategy through administrative assistance, with a focus on the Equipment and Infection Control portfolios. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Equipment & IC this will be a busy administrative role, so organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence within Excel are all critical skills required to be successful.

As part of the wider Marketing team, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: setting up product codes; accurate monthly reporting and analysis; preparation and review of monthly campaigns; product launches and ad hoc sales promotions; assist with regulatory requirements for both general and government customers; maintaining databases; act as main contact person for Equipment Specialist day to day queries; provide appropriate sales support materials, new product launch kits, sample campaigns; management of sales resources in showroom; escalation of non-conforming equipment to appropriate parties.

Required Skills & Experience

  • NCEA level 2 or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a a marketing or general office environment
  • Knowledge of the dental industry (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Strong computer and database skills - intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • CRM Experience - preferred, but not mandatory
  • Business Analytical tool - preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience using PDF editor useful - preferred, but not mandatory
  • Sound interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • The ability to foster productive working relationships with staff at all levels
  • Interpersonal communication skills - able to communicate constructively, openly & honestly maintaining others integrity
  • Can-do attitude and good work ethic
  • Customer focussed with an attitude of 'how can we make this happen and can we do better?'
  • Accurate processing and data entry skills
