Promptly installs, maintains, and repairs dental equipment. Contacts vendors and co-ordinates repairs sent directly from customers and technicians to vendors. Communicates all aspects of repairs and estimates to customers, provides customer service for repair and maintenance inquiries. Co-ordinates certification of non-compliant equipment inventory.
