About the Opportunity:

This role supports Inbound operations through accurate data entry, preparation of shipment documentation, and completion of basic reporting. Working closely with warehouse and administrative teams, the position ensures the timely and accurate receipt of goods.

Responsibilities also include general warehouse activities such as unpacking, checking, putaway, and inventory support, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate records and attention to detail across both administrative and hands-on tasks.

The role suits a reliable and flexible team player who can work rotating shifts between 6:00AM and 6:00PM, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and thrives in a safety-focused, team-based environment. RF experience is required; a forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Your Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

  • Experience in returns, credits, and/or quality control within a warehouse environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, with confidence using warehouse management systems (Pronto experience highly regarded)
  • Clear written communication skills, particularly for RMA documentation and reporting
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset, ensuring processes and enquiries are managed efficiently and in line with established procedures
  • Proactive, safety-conscious team player with an understanding of individual contribution to overall business success
  • Sound knowledge of WH&S requirements and commitment to safe work practices
  • Experience handling healthcare products is desirable
