Job Description

How you'll make an impact

As Director of Marketing, you will lead Dentally's global marketing function, bringing

together brand, content, communications, product marketing and demand generation

into one aligned strategy. You'll operate at both a strategic and operational level,

building and leading a central team while enabling regional Heads of Marketing in the

UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada to activate local campaigns. Your work will be

critical in shaping Dentally's growth story, building trust with dental professionals and

ensuring our message reaches and resonates with the right customers in each market.

What you'll do

• Define and own Dentally's global marketing strategy across brand, content,

product marketing, communications and demand generation

• Lead and develop a high-performing central marketing team and a network of

regional Heads of Marketing

• Oversee the Dentally brand, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual

identity across all markets and channels

• Partner closely with Product to position and launch new features in ways that

clearly communicate value to our customers

• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on lead

generation, pipeline contribution and campaign priorities

• Support local marketing leaders to execute regional campaigns that reflect

market dynamics and local customer needs

• Set, manage and optimise the global marketing budget, ensuring measurable

ROI from all key activities

• Track, report and improve key marketing metrics related to brand awareness,

lead generation, engagement and conversion

• Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning

and business growth

• Ensure Dentally remains a category leader by staying ahead of digital marketing

trends, tools and technologies

• Lead and develop a high-performing team

• Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous

development and always lead by example

• Motivate and inspire your team to reach and exceed all set targets and KPIs

• Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive

• Lead the recruitment efforts for your team, identifying and hiring top talent

• Promote an inclusive and diverse culture, in line with the Henry Schein One values

What you'll bring with you

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership

role

• Proven ability to operate across global and regional marketing models in high-

growth environments

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams including brand, content,

product marketing and demand generation

• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and operational rigour

• Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, paid media, SEO and

analytics

• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on measurable results• Experience working with product teams to shape positioning and go-to-market

planning

• Ability to collaborate across time zones and functions with a customer-centric

mindset

• A creative mindset with the ability to develop ideas that cut through, build

engagement and reinforce brand distinctiveness
