Customer Service Representative

The Role
This role is ideal if you're looking to step away from dental practice life but still want to use your dental knowledge and customer-focused skills. As part of our Customer Care team, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our dental customers, building strong relationships over the phone and delivering a standout service experience.
You'll manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls, supporting customers with:
- Product enquiries and recommendations
- Orders, returns and quotes
- Promotions, new products and relevant activities
You'll also contribute to sales opportunities through confident, value-based conversations and accurate administration.
About You
You're customer-centric, organised and enjoy being on the phone. You take ownership of your work, pay close attention to detail, and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day.
You'll bring:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in a dental environment (highly regarded, but training provided)
- Confident phone manner with the ability to upsell
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Reliability, enthusiasm and a team-first mindset
