About the role

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Supplier Partnerships ANZ, this role owns one of the most critical and visible portfolios in the business. Infection control, consumables and dental small equipment are not just categories. They are mission-critical to every dental practice, every single day.

You will join a highly engaged, knowledgeable, super fun and genuinely supportive team that is passionate about dentistry, partnerships and delivering value to customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and delivering the annual category strategy, including growth plans, portfolio optimisation and new product introductions.
  • Owning supplier and brand relationships for key partners within infection control consumables and small equipment and collaborating with other Brand and Category Managers across overlapping portfolios.
  • Managing the value proposition end-to-end, including pricing, positioning, margin optimisation, portfolio gap analysis and lifecycle management.
  • Driving promotional strategy, campaigns and communications in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Service teams.
  • Working cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution excellence and commercial outcomes.
  • Developing engaging marketing collateral and category narratives. Compliance is critical. Creativity is highly encouraged.
  • Equipping the Sales team with the knowledge, tools and confidence to win in market, through training and education on products, applications and differentiation.
