Affiliate Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an affiliate partnerships lead who will be responsible for implementing Hatch's affiliate partnerships strategy. This includes working closely with our marketing and product teams to develop strategy, reaching out to and pitching potential partnerships, scoping and negotiating strategic partnerships, and reporting key results and feedback back to the team as we grow these partnerships with Hatch.

You will:
- Execute and iterate on Hatch's affiliate partnerships strategy
- Work closely with product, marketing, and CS to identify and engage potential partners to grow Hatch's reach and improve our product offerings
- Own Partner relationships end-to-end, from scoping, to pitching, to negotiations and launch
- Iterate on and improve on our processes by helping to develop new content, resources, and rescoping of additional product offerings
- Provide updates to cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, product, comms, support, etc.

You have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven ability to communicate a pitch clearly, and close deals with prospects
- Experience in fintech and selling financial products preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills – able to evaluate opportunities from strategic and operational perspectives
- Ability to work across teams with with internal and external stakeholders
- High EQ with the ability to think and communicate on your feet
with technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
- Ability to develop relationships, negotiate, and problem solve with external partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
- Strategic thinker and executor – able to shift from big picture to tactical on a dime
- Strong team player with excellent track record of success
- BA/BS required
