Compliance Representative I (7am-3pm)

SUMMARY: The Compliance Representative I position supports the Compliance department by ensuring accuracy, adherence, and readiness of compliance-sensitive orders throughout pre-processing and fulfillment workflows. This role manages daily order monitoring, validation, and verification of custom order materials while maintaining organized documentation, supporting cross-functional communication as directed, and producing internal and customer-facing label materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor daily order activity for assigned compliance accounts, correcting errors when possible or escalating when necessary.
  • Review PO windows, freight terms, and shipping details to ensure alignment with customer and internal requirements.
  • Prepare and upload portal documents, generate and print labels, and gather required information for pre-alert submissions.
  • Receive, organize, and verify custom stickers/labels against order specifications.
  • Communicate discrepancies or missing information to the Custom Orders department.
  • Log, store, and prepare verified materials for pickup by Value Added departments.
  • Provide updates or information to Customer Service, Logistics, and Claims under the direction of Compliance leadership.
  • Support internal communication and coordination needs as instructed.
  • Monitor and sort the shared Compliance inbox, identifying and escalating time-sensitive communications.
  • Route emails appropriately and maintain organized folder structures.
  • Create and print internal specialty labels and rack labels.
  • Build and maintain label templates for Compliance accounts.
  • Generate custom label samples for internal or customer review.
  • Capture and supply photos documenting custom sticker placement for customer approval.
  • Identify workflow or process issues and recommend improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Zendesk experience is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
