What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain Celonis integrations, including ETL pipelines and connectors using SQL, Python, and Celonis EMS Platform. 

  • Build process intelligence solution views, analyses, and dashboards to enable actionable insights for clients. 

  • Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications. 

  • Perform ETL, troubleshoot data connections and validations across large datasets for accuracy and performance. 

  • Collaborate with clients, Celonis teams, and third-party resources to align technical delivery with project goals. 

  • Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions to showcase technical capabilities. 


What You Will Need:

  • A MINIMUM of SIX (6) years of overall experience, with a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years hands-on in Celonis or process mining tools  

  • Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business process management (BPM)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling

  • Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation

  • Strong working experience with Celonis features and capabilities 

  • Ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights

  • Willingness to travel up to 60% 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Celonis Analyst or Data Engineer certification

Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures and migration methods

  • Experience working with ERP and downstream systems outside of SAP ecosystem

  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise change initiatives

  • The annual salary range for this position is $155,000.00-$259,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
