Sales Executive - Tijuana

Major duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure annual sales plan
• Execute monthly distributor visit plan to increase sales, build and cultivate strong relationships with distributors' through:
• Monthly business review
• Visit purchasing dept to review forecast and purchase orders
• Review and negotiate Accounts Payables
• Promote product penetration and new product innovation
• Validate distributor's product self-life
• Promote with distributor's sales representatives' key attributes and benefits of our product portfolio.
• Sales market visits with its distributors
• Acquisition of new distributors
• Regularly update sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
• Communicate and update product price increase and assure execution
• Execute and align to brand plan with distributors, showcases and activities

• Education in Administration, Business, Marketing, and Culinary Arts is required.
• Preferably someone who lives in the city of Tijuana.
• 6+ years of proven experience in food service sales and managing distributors.
• Previous employment at food companies, La Pocima, Zaachila, Ventura Foods, Sigma Foodservice, Nestle Professional as a reference.
• Proficiency in numerical skills, advanced Excel including pivot tables, graphs, and reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• English is a plus.
