Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to evaluate, approve and check compliance for finished products according to the regulation of multiple countries and customer requirements.
• Support Research & Development team to check the compliance finished products during the product development until its commercialized.
• Issue technical document for customers including domestic, domestic - further export, and exportation. Documents including but not limited to ingredient statements, product labelling, allergen & GMO declaration, nutrition data sheet, customer form completion and customer inquiry.
• Cooperate with relevant departments to check, review and update technical product information (as well as any changes according to the change management policy) before production; submit data to customers in order to ensure that all products are safe and fully compliance with relevant regulations and/or customers' specifications.
• Others assigned by Line Manager/BU lead.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fields
• Can read and write in English, fluent English speaking is preferable.
• Understand China Regulation and strong willingness for learning China and oversea regulation.
• Good understanding and experience on food safety system implementation i.e. BRC, FSSC22000, ISO22000, SQMS, SQF, etc. is preferable.

• 0-2 years working as a Regulatory, responsible for compliance on formula evaluation, label approval etc. [Fresh graduated is welcome to join.]
• Experience in the oversea country legislation i.e., EU, US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, CODEX, etc. is preferable.
