LEAN/GPS Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manages activities related to continuous improvement with focus in SEA and supporting the APAC region including lean deployment, kaizen facilitation, GPE assessments and training.
2. Conduct GPE assessments to identify gaps and develop plans to address opportunities to improve assessment maturity.
3. Ensure continuous cycle of capability development at all levels of the organization by delivering a training plan in alignment to GPE standard body of knowledge.
4. Manage portfolio of improvement projects to deliver process improvement goals and financial benefit targets.
5. Facilitates to maintain an up to date GPE playbook and advance site-specific GPE deployment roadmap.
6. Ensure alignment to corporate strategy, playbook, and local priorities.
7. Identifying and delivering improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
8. Leading and executing continuous improvement project and provide solving problem technical support process.
9. Identifying the trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
10. Teaching, coaching, and facilitating the operations teams to implement Kaizen projects and prepare training materials for training employees such as Problem-solving, RCA tools, Improvement techniques, Lean Tools, Six Sigma methodology, Kaizen etc.
11. Deploy CI culture into the organization to achieve target and identify opportunities to reduce waste through daily Kaizen.
12. Work closely with Senior Operation manager, key business partner and CI team to improve Thailand operation with the implementation and application of the continuous improvement policies, including 5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM and etc.
13. Responsible for the leading, influencing, training, and progressing the site's maturity of the company business system processes, Griffith Productivity Excellence (GPE)
14. Understand and support the company's activities and policies, and also control & development of environmental and safety system to subordinated.
