Junior Planner (Temporary)

The Purpose of the Role
The Junior Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company's production capacity as well as managing inventory levels.
It is a 8-month temporary position.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate the MRP reports daily.
- Create, maintain, and organize production Schedules.
- Identify problems and provide support to solve them.
- Communicate and adapt the schedules due to the changes of delivery dates.
- Monitor and analyze the stock of Finished Product to minimize the Finished Stock exposure for LOI.
- Administrative support in the generation of reports and documentation.
- Support in the implementation of process improvements
- Participate in daily operational meetings.
- Take actions and decisions to comply with the OTIF.
- Monitor, update and analyze the KPIs of the area. Act as a backup of other supply chain areas, providing administration support on the day-to-day tasks of the function
- Provides administrative support to team members, or specific processes of other areas of Supply Chain
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience in planning, procurement or logistics role (minimum 1 years' experience)
- Knowledge of the production process and ERP systems.
- Knowledge in Dynamics and/or BlueYonder would be valuable.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish.
- Mathematical and analytical skills.
- Must be able to organize your own work efficiently taken into account. input/output from/to other functional areas.
- Stay calm and professional under pressure.
