TITLE: Global HRIS Analyst

LOCATION: Remote from Illinois or South Dakota

COMP RANGE: $90,000 - $130,000/yearplus 10% bonus

Griffith Foods is hiring a Global HRIS Analyst to be responsible for all aspects of configuration and support for Compensation & Benefits workstreams within Workday, our primary Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system efficiency, reliability, and alignment with the organization's goals.

This is your opportunity to be responsible for managing and optimizing our HRIS across countries.

As a Global HRIS Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and maintaining Workday modules to support business processes and organizational needs, including collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions and implementing enhancements and updates while ensuring system stability and functionality


  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Compensation & Benefits modules, addressing system-related inquiries and issues


  • Troubleshooting and resolving Workday system issues in a timely manner and providing support during system upgrades, testing, and implementation


  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within assigned Workday modules


  • Generating and delivering reports and analytics to support business decision-making

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday capabilities


  • Developing and delivering user training materials to enhance system adoption and proficiency

The Global HRIS Analyst position is well suited for you if you:

  • Are an expert in Workday configuration and support specifically of Compensation & Benefits modules


  • Demonstrated ability to configure, test and operate Workday modules and updates


  • Have experience integrating Workday with external payroll & benefits vendors


  • Are proficient with Workday's reporting tools to support compliance & decision making


  • Are an active member in Workday Community to keep a pulse on new features, product defects, and advocate for desired enhancements


  • Proven ability to participate and lead teams for various HR system implementations and enhancements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least 5 years' experience working with Workday.


  • At least 3 years in Workday Compensation Management & Benefits modules configuration and support.


  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal working hours to provide support to our global teams.


  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% primarily domestic to Chicago-area HQ sites.


  • Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What will set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Proficiency in Workday Core Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, Learning.


  • Professional certifications in Workday HCM, advanced compensation, benefits and reporting.


  • Experience working with Workday in a global organization.

This role can work from home from any location in the states of Illinois or South Dakota. Griffith Foods embraces Work Flex, allowing employees to work remotely, and select options like compressed work weeks, flex time, etc. that creates an effective workplace where work patterns meet the needs of both employers and employees. Periodic onsite meetings may occur at the Chicago-area Headquarter locations.
