Summary

Build your career in a stable, team-oriented distribution environment where your accuracy and reliability make a direct impact. As a Material Handler I, you'll support daily operations through hands-on picking, packaging, and inventory tasks - all within a consistent weekday schedule.

What You Will Do

• Safely perform manual packaging, put-away, and order picking at floor level using non-powered equipment.
• Assemble and package inbound materials, including assortment kits, using labeling systems, printers, scales, tape guns, and shrink wrap equipment.
• Use RF scanners and basic data entry to accurately document packaging and picking activity.
• Perform cart put-away and restocking to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Meet defined productivity and quality standards while working in a collaborative team environment.

What You Will Bring

• High School diploma or GED; 1+ year warehouse/distribution or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Solid math, reading, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• A safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic.

Pay & Benefits
