About the Role:

The Workplace Services Specialist plays a central role in bringing the San Francisco office to life by creating a workplace that is not only seamless and efficient, but also vibrant, welcoming, and deeply connected to our culture. As the heartbeat of the office, this person ensures everything runs smoothly-from facilities and vendor coordination to employee support. Partnering with teams across the business, they help design and deliver events, programs, and moments that reflect and reinforce GoodRx's culture.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office, including facilities, maintenance, seating, access, and overall functionality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace needs, resolving issues and escalating when needed
• Partner with building management and IT to coordinate maintenance and basic workplace troubleshooting
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging office environment that brings GoodRx culture to life
• Provide high-quality, responsive support to employees and anticipate workplace needs
• Support onboarding experiences, including seating and new hire setup
• Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and VIP guests
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate logistics, timelines, and communications
• Manage vendor relationships (facilities, food & beverage, office services) and oversee onsite programs
• Leverage local vendor knowledge to enhance workplace offerings while supporting budget tracking
• Manage seating, occupancy tracking, and workplace requests through systems like ServiceNow
• Maintain accurate workplace data, documentation, and employee resources (e.g., intranet, guides)
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and tools to enhance the employee experience
• Support workplace initiatives and events using strong organizational and project management skills

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong organizational and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Experience coordinating vendors, workplace services, and in-office events
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams
• Passion for delivering high-quality employee experiences with a strong service mindset
• Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Creativity and enthusiasm for building engaging, culture-driven workplace experiences
• Experience creating and maintaining employee-facing resources (e.g., intranet content, guides, documentation)
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and related technologies
• Knowledge of San Francisco vendors and workplace services is a plus

Human Resources assists in developing and enforcing workplace policies, including by partnering with the Compliance Team to train employees on policies and procedures important to ensuring workplace safety and security.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $41.35 - $66.35

New York Office:
$37.99 - $61.06

Santa Monica Office:
$34.62 - $55.29

Other Office Locations:
$31.25 - $50.00
