RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you'll work hands-on with the Salesforce.com platform-developing VisualForce pages, Apex classes, and creating technical documentation. You'll also have the opportunity to explore and implement new technologies beyond Salesforce, contributing to broader digital transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve internal requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of data resources and technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and other Salesforce components.
- Enhance and support Salesforce.com and integrated applications.
- Analyze technical needs for Salesforce and website integrations.
- Lead design and development of VisualForce and Apex solutions.
- Facilitate technical architecture meetings and design reviews.
- Champion best practices for Salesforce and Force.com implementations.
- Conduct collaborative "whiteboard" sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality solutions on time and with minimal supervision.
- Operate independently and proactively to address enhancements and fixes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Salesforce integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and development tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and reporting systems.
- Solid web development skills.
- Familiarity with contract funding, retail/lease origination, and underwriting systems preferred.
