RESPONSIBILITIES
About this role
- Supervise Corporate Business Systems Oracle Application Technical Specialist team members
- Oversee and provide direction to our IBM AMS international consultants which provide in country level application support
- Act as an adviser and liaison for the Oracle Application Development and Oracle Database teams including both United States and offshore team members
- Coordinate support activates with Oracle On Demand, Oracle Managed Cloud Services and Oracle Support
- Serving as a liaison to senior IT management, reporting on the status of global projects, identifying issues and assessing their impact and proactively recommending solutions
- Partner with the PMO to gather and document business, user and functional business requirements to support upgrades, enhancements, change and/or fixes to existing or new CBS systems
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the activities of outside vendors to ensure their ongoing alignment with global project and business goals
- Manage international customer relationships with supported business groups
- Assist GMF QA Team with developing and executing test scripts to verify all system functionality
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including but not limited to troubleshooting and audit

- Advanced knowledge of business processes for supported business groups
- Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure and operations
- Advanced working knowledge of information systems and operations systems for supported business groups
- Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards and best practices
- Knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions
- Significant experience in a large and complex business environment
- Working knowledge of all system applications
- Working knowledge of the consumer loan business
- Working knowledge of the Corporate Business solution environment
- Strong in the use of Microsoft Office software including strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposes
- Advanced ability to create and work RFC and SR tickets with Oracle On Demand, Oracle Managed Cloud Services and Oracle Support
- Advanced experience with data visualization concepts and tools
- Advanced computer skills and conversance in information technology issues
Experience and Education
- 5-7 years of relative IT experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience Required
- Master's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience Preferred
