RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries related to the servicing of consumer auto loan and lease accounts.

- Actively listen to our customers and offer solutions to resolve customer account inquiries while providing a remarkable experience in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary of $22/hour plus quarterly bonus incentive
- Working Schedule:
- 8-5 Monday Tuesday, 11-8 Wednesday Thursday, 8-5 Friday (1 Saturday per month 9-1 off set by working 8-12 the Friday before) OR
- 11-8 Monday Tuesday, 8-5 Wednesday Thursday, 8-5 Friday (1 Saturday per month 9-1 off set by working 8-12 the Friday before)

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0- 2 years of working with customers in a service-minded environment
