Workplace Experience Manager

External Landscape and Plowing:

• Manage the external landscape and plowing services, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors.
• Ensure that the exterior of the building is well-maintained, including landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.

Visitor Coordination:

• Coordinate customer and collaborator visits in partnership with the communications team and mission leaders.
• Ensure that all visitors are greeted and escorted to their destination.
• Provide information and support to visitors as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate with employees, visitors, and vendors to ensure that all needs are met.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that all maintenance and repair issues are addressed.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED
• 10+ years of experience in a related field, such as facilities management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive work environment.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,700.00 and $149,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
