Working Student for Quality Support Functions / Data Administration and Maintenance in Aconex Field to support our QA Manager due to high workload for Client NC Reporting

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Management Quality team for the Merkur Offshore Windfarm with operational and administrative daily tasks
• Compile and file various QA related documents
• Assist with project management QA activities
• Supplement and revise documents and presentations
• Participate in reporting and the creation of statistics and analyses
• Support on Customer QA reports
• Maintain and analyse data in MS Excel, Smartsheet, Aconex Field, Box

• Studies in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields
• "Digital native" - proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Excel (including PivotTables), Smartsheet,
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and excellent teamwork abilities, including in virtual teams
• Finally: very good English skills, native German speaker preferred (German customer)
