Wind Product Management Leadership Program Intern - Summer 2026
Job Description Summary
Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.
Job Description
The Wind Product Management Intern will work closely with our Wind Product Management team, gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic field of wind power. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering or technical background who are currently enrolled in an MBA program. In this role, you will support various projects, providing valuable insights and analytical support to improve our product offerings and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the wind energy sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of product strategies.
- Analyze data and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes for product management activities.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product management organization.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed, providing technical and strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in energy industry.
Desired Qualifications:
- Passion for renewable energy and a strong interest in the wind energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The pay for this position is $1,840/weekly.
This position is also eligible for:
- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
- Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
- Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services
- GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
