Position: Welder / Welding Technician (Production Team)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding for HRSG component and structure fabrication.
• Execute welding work using GTAW, FCAW, and other required welding processes.
• Interpret drawings, WPS, and work instructions to determine welding positions and conditions.
• Conduct visual inspection and self-checks after welding to ensure required quality standards are met.
• Identify weld defects and perform repair or rework as needed.
• Work closely with fitting, assembly, and quality teams to support production goals.
• Follow all applicable safety, EHS, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 3 years of relevant welding experience.
• Practical experience with GTAW and FCAW.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
• Understanding of welding parameters, quality requirements, and shop safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of welding experience.
• Relevant welding certifications.
• Experience working with fitting or assembly teams.
• Experience in precision welding or complex welding applications.
• Prior experience in HRSG, boiler, pressure part, or power generation equipment fabrication is a plus.

• HRSG 제작을 위한 부품 및 구조물 용접 작업 수행
• GTAW, FCAW 등 요구되는 용접 공정을 적용하여 작업 수행
• 도면, WPS 및 작업지시서에 따라 용접 위치, 순서, 조건을 설정하고 작업 수행
• 용접 후 Self Visual Inspection 및 기본 품질 점검 수행

• 제관, 조립, 품질 부서와 협업하여 생산 일정 및 품질 기준 준수
• 작업장 내 안전수칙 및 EHS/품질 기준 준수

2. 자격요건

• 고등학교 졸업 이상
• 관련 용접 경력 3년 이상
• GTAW, FCAW 용접 실무 경험 보유자
• 도면 해독 및 작업지시서 이해 가능자
• 용접 조건 설정 및 품질 기준 준수 역량 보유자
• 제조 현장 EHS 및 품질 기준에 대한 기본 이해 보유자

• 정밀 용접 및 고난도 용접 작업 경험 보유자
• HRSG, 보일러, 압력부품 또는 발전설비 관련 용접 경험 보유자 우대
