Job Description Summary

Sort, identify and store incoming materials and supplies in specified storage bins, shelves, and other locations. Count, prepackage, label, and perform other operations to facilitate storage and selection. Maintain simple related stock records. Make entries on company documents and records as to count, location, type, and other pertinent data.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of duties to receive supplies from outside of the company, warehouse, keeps records, verify accuracy on inventory and distributes materials and supplies to various departments of the company.
• Maintain simple related stock records, prepare ordinary papers and perform a variety of similar or associated duties as required or directed.
• Accurately counting and documenting an entire inventory of Warehouse facilities once per month.
• Must wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions and dispose of chemicals appropriately.
• Maintain 5s Standards.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must successfully complete the 40-hour Hazwoper Course.
• Required annual 8-hour refresher Hazwoper.
• Must be able to drive a forklift and obtain forklift certification.

Position Shift: 2pm-10:30pm

Desired Characteristics

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
