Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform the daily warehouse operation: Receiving, issuing and distribution of purchase parts, manufacturing parts and sub assemblies required to support manufacturing activities
- Daily warehouse operation
- Accumulate the material base on Pick List report and delivery to shop floor
- Fully complied with EHS to ensure the safety of warehouse operation: Loading, unloading, storage, shipping
- To be responsible for physical inventory and cycle counting
- Accuracy of material delivery and follow FIFO principle
- Storage Material in good condition and well organized
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries against paperwork and goods receipts in SAP.
- Locate materials into warehouse stock locations and maintain SAP.
- Pick materials kits in the warehouse.
- Distribute material around the site as required. Including kit feed to support Manufacturing start dates.
- Physical Inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Use SAP to create Manufacturing Binders inclusive of Production tags, Bill of Materials, drawings and quality records.
- Set and maintain 5s
- Ability to adapt and carry out any tasks required to support business requirements

EHS requirements:
- Know and follow established job specific and facility wide environment, health and safety procedures and rules
- Maintain housekeeping in work area
- Maintain Environment, health and safety equipment in good working order
- Actively participate in Environment, health and safety training and demonstrate competency based on training received
- Keep other employees aware of health and safety practices and activities by actively observing fellow employee work practices and incorporating safety in their daily tasks
- Actively participate in accident, injury and illness prevention activities:
- Develop Safety Risk Analyses (SRA) and safe working procedures
- Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions
- Accident, near-miss accident or potential hazard investigations
- Participate actively in providing suggestions for Environment, health and safety program improvement
- Bring Environment, health and safety issues, unsafe acts and safety suggestions to management's attention or correct those they can
- Know and implement regulatory compliance requirements in their work area
Quality Requirements:
- Understand and comply with procedures and work instructions
- Stop the process and report when any abnormality that might cause defects, escaping defect
- Don't accept defects, don't make defects and don't pass defects
- Continuous improve quality performance of products
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Minimum education: High school diploma (or above)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts/hours
- Can drive forklift is preferable
- High ethical standards
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and exemplary customer service standards
- Fork Lift Truck reach and counterbalance licences. B2 preferable.
- Crane Licence preferable but training can be provided
- Computer literacy to include knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook and have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Contribute to effective team working and also work unsupervised.
- Proactively input ideas/suggestions to improve and develop the stores function.
