Job Description Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for IT project implementation across multiple interdependent software applications and projects within a program. Part Project manager and part Technical Product Owner; the role involves managing the entire technical project lifecycle from initial ideation, through software design/development to daily operational management/support.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Define requirements with business, functional and technology partners
• Shape multi-year project strategy to deliver expected outcomes
• Set project execution methods and management practices
• Build internal and external teams based on scope, budget and timeline
• Manage daily execution across multiple interdependent projects
• Coordinate project delivery and track shared outcomes
• Remove roadblocks and manage dependencies across teams
• Manage risks, scope changes and non-standard project events
• Communicate progress to stakeholders, leaders and executives
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and stakeholder expectations
• Track benefits, service levels, customer satisfaction and lessons learned
• Complete financial reviews and maintain budget tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar, with strong relevant experience
• Proven ability to deliver business value through project management
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Change-oriented and able to balance competing priorities
