To strengthen our team we are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Proposal Manager, who combines hands-on project execution with strategic service growth, ensuring a seamless transition from project delivery into long-term customer value and service expansion.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
- Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service, securing long-term service readiness.
- Act as primary customer interface during execution and early service phase, building strong relationships.
- Drive service growth (~35%) by identifying upsell opportunities (LTSA, upgrades, lifecycle solutions).
- Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project execution within grid / HV infrastructure.
- Exposure to service business and commercial processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
- Willingness to travel (~30%+).

- Execution: ~65%
- Sales / Service Growth: ~35%
