As a member of the Grid Automation Commercial team for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, you will actively contribute to regional commercial growth by supporting the preparation of technical presentations, market analyses, and sales materials - helping bridge the gap between complex technology and compelling business communication.

Job Description

What you'll do

• Support the preparation of commercial and technical presentations for customers, internal meetings, and business reviews.
• Research, analyze, and summarize market information, competitor activity, trends, and business opportunities related to Grid Automation.
• Assist in the development of technical marketing materials and commercial support content aligned with regional priorities.
• Support the preparation of proposals, executive summaries, reports, and technical documents for the commercial team.
• Organize and maintain up-to-date commercial and technical information relevant to the Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean region.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for events, customer visits, workshops, and trade shows.
• Help translate complex technical information into clear, business-oriented messages for diverse audiences.
• Gather and synthesize information from internal sources to support commercial decision-making.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Native or fluent Spanish; intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
• Availability to complete an internship or trainee program under direct supervision, with no prior professional experience required.

• You have a genuine interest in automation, power systems, energy, or industrial technology.
• You bring strong research, analysis, and summarization skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• You have basic familiarity with tools such as Canva, Power BI, or similar visualization and design platforms.
• You are someone who communicates clearly and professionally, and can adapt messaging for both technical and commercial audiences.
• You thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and demonstrate increasing autonomy over time.

• This is an on-site internship/trainee position based in Mexico.
• All activities will be performed under direct supervision of the Commercial Director and regional team. The intern is not responsible for critical commercial decision-making or final approvals.
