Job Description Summary
Responsable de la facilitation des transactions, de la production, de l'assemblage et de la livraison des pièces et équipements de remplacement/réparation dans le cadre d'un contrat ou d'une commande de services.
Inclut des activités telles que le traitement des transactions, la gestion des processus, la gestion du matériel, les opérations sur site ou la logistique et l'expédition des entrepôts, parfois dans une structure de magasin. Inclut le travail artisanal et non artisanal, ainsi que les rôles de manager responsables uniquement de ces activités. Exerce une influence sur les opérations département et est responsable de la planification et/ou de l'exécution. Ce rôle jouit d'une certaine autonomie, mais est axé sur l'exécution d'activités au sein d'une discipline opérationnelle couverte par les pratiques et procédures fonctionnelles standard. Un certain discernement peut être nécessaire, mais généralement dans le cadre d'une orientation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for material planning and inventory metrics across a service segment • Monitor the results of changes to the inventory plan/forecast and recommend modifications • Plan for prevention of excess inventory and "stock outs" • Work with all levels of personnel (hourly, supervisory, and general foreperson) in resolving issues, tracking material availability, and advising on material usage • Work with customers externally and internally to identify new opportunities to improve our current processes
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Materials Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree
