3What you'll be doing

As a Summer Intern, you'll support projects that help make research processes more efficient, structured, and easier to use across the business. You'll work alongside experienced team members and contribute to improvements that have real impact.

You may be involved in:

• Developing or improving tools using Python or other programming languages
• Exploring how internal workflows operate and identifying ways to improve them
• Supporting digital collaboration and document-sharing platforms such as SharePoint or similar systems
• Helping improve the newly launched Research Process
• Analysing data and developing scripts or tools to speed up market analysis activities
• Working with colleagues across R&D to identify opportunities for better tools and smarter processes
• Documenting your work so that your solutions can be used and developed in the future

5What you'll bring

You should be:

• Currently studying for a university degree, ideally in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, or a related subject
• At least 18 years old and in the early stage of your university studies

It would be great if you also have:

• Basic to intermediate programming skills, especially in Python
• An interest in automation, digital tools, process improvement, and data analysis
• A logical and structured approach to problem-solving
• Interest in tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration platforms
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

During the internship, you will support a range of activities, including:
