Steam Turbines Technical Field Advisor (100% Remote possible)
Job Description Summary
Toutes les ressources et la logistique nécessaires pour effectuer des activités de services et de maintenance sur le site/la propriété des clients. Ces activités contribuent à entretenir, à réparer et à remettre à neuf les produits vendus ou existants. Comprend tous les types de services de maintenance (préventifs et correctifs), gère les installations de maintenance et les services techniques sur le terrain. Responsable de la qualité de son travail. Assujetti à la supervision directe des opérations, aux instructions de travail prescrites et à une vérification système. Exécute ses tâches dans un cadre opérationnel bien défini. Il y dispose généralement d'une séquence détaillée des tâches opérationnelles standard à suivre pour obtenir le résultat final escompté.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of power equipment outages
- Develop conceptual knowledge within the professional discipline, including collaboration with specialized support roles that provide expert technical knowledge
- Apply general business knowledge gained through education or prior experience, and understand how the work of the team contributes to overall business objectives
- Resolve issues using established procedures and guidelines; escalate topics outside defined parameters to the supervisor or senior team members
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to analyze and solve technical and operational issues
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, act as the primary interface between the customer and GE
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma combined with relevant professional experience or equivalent
- Proven experience in Field Service or Technical Advisory roles
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel extensively (85-90%) to customer sites in Poland and internationally
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document, plan, present, and execute technical programs effectively
- Fluent English both spoken and written
