Job Description Summary

The Staff Technical Project Manager for the Enterprise Apps DT team is accountable for owning and running, DevOps POD's, Projects, and transformational programs to support, run the business requests, business model transformations, running cost-out initiatives etc. The attributes we are looking for is a leader with technology and software development knowledge, an innovator, problems solver and a people person. This role will be part of Grid Software Digital Technology team, and will collaborate with Business Leaders, Functional Leads & Technical team members in a matrixed environment.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers.
  • Partners with functional owner to define requirements. Works with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Ensures project management practices are followed and improved as needed.
  • Facilitates agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and drives delivery alignment across multiple DevOps teams.
  • Foster a culture of relentless improvement and operational excellence, coaching teams to optimize their CI/CD integration and collaborative workflows.
  • Builds high-performing team cultures rooted in transparency, continuous improvement, and shared accountability
  • Manage/run multiple projects at the same time and ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
  • Handle project reporting and communication to the leadership.
  • Develop deep knowledge of B2B process, technology, and tools in your area of focus (Inquiry to Opportunity, Opportunity to Order or Case to Resolution).
  • Creating and implementing best practices policies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment across multiple teams.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or in MBA
  • 5 + years of technical project management experience
  • PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certification
  • A team player that understands people concerns.
