Job Description Summary

We are seeking a versatile Technical Lead with 5-7 years of experience to drive the development of our cross-functional platforms. In this role, you will provide technical direction across both Python and AngularJS full-stack environments. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring seamless integration between diverse technology stacks. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in complex, multi-language ecosystems and understands the importance of modern DevOps practices

Job Description

Key Requirements

  • Dual-Stack Mastery: Proven expertise in building and maintaining production-grade applications using both Python (Django/FastAPI) and AngularJS, JavaScript.
  • Full-Stack Ownership: Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and a deep understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Technical Leadership: At least 1-2 years of experience leading small teams, conducting code reviews, and defining technical roadmaps.
  • DevOps Mindset: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and infrastructure management.
  • System Architecture: Ability to design microservices and API-driven architectures that are resilient, secure, and scalable.

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Certifications (Optional but preferred): Professional certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP, Java (OCPJP), or Python (PCAP) are a strong plus.
