Sr Product Manager - Plant Copilot

Job Description Summary

This role owns the integration, adoption, and continuous enhancement of AI-powered solutions within the Digital Plant Design ecosystem, with an initial focus on the flagship initiative - Plant Copilot. The successful candidate will drive integration, cross-functional alignment, and enterprise-scale adoption of Plant Co-pilot, while shaping the broader roadmap for next-generation AI capabilities that transform how we design and engineer at scale.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end integration of Plant Co-Pilot into the Digital Plant Design IT landscape, coordinating delivery across systems, teams, and business stakeholders to enable successful adoption at scale.
• Drive data readiness across multiple applications and data sources, partnering with GEV Data & Analytics teams and application technical product leaders and solution architects to align dependencies, integration requirements, and delivery plans.
• Own the overall Plant Co-Pilot integration program, managing priorities, milestones, risks, and cross-functional execution to ensure business and technical outcomes are achieved.
• Work closely with the AI Foundry Product Leader and architects, and the Power IT Data Science and AI team, to align platform capabilities, agent portfolio development, and enterprise integration needs.
• Support future high-impact AI initiatives and major "Big Swing" integrations, helping scale the next generation of AI solutions across the Digital Plant Design ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• Preference for GEV leadership program graduates

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives & a strong desire to further develop robust project management skills
• AI capabilities: experience and proven ability to identify opportunities and drive implementation of AI integrations
• Product Management: Product Management/Technical Product Management experience
• Analytical Mindset: Passion for solving complex challenges and developing innovative solutions
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and engaging with diverse teams
• Exposure to IT program management and software development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities effectively
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies / SAFe certification
