What impact you'll make
As a member of the Generator Product Management Team, you will be a key contributor to defining and implementing the business strategy for Generator Services, to globally grow revenue, profitability, and market share.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Define and drive the Generator Services strategy globally with a focus on the Nuclear fleet. Support creation and execution of a Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP) for the expansion of the Generator Services business.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, regional leaders, engineering, manufacturing, and product management to identify growth areas and define the offerings strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on the Steam Power financial results & operating plans (sales, profitability, market share).
- Define, own and direct development budgets delivering on product launches to improve competitiveness.
- Understand competitor's product portfolio and offerings, including value proposition, differentiation, performance and cost, and benchmark against GE Vernova offerings.
- Understand current and future market needs, by working with cross-functional teams.
- Propose product/offerings improvements (cost, performance, execution, delivery cycle, quality/reliability) to increase the value proposition and develop and own business cases when investment is needed.
- Lead GE Vernova participation in industry conferences and user groups related to Generator.

- Support product commercialization, deployment, training, launch and promotion in liaison with marketing, sales, and regional teams.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, business or equivalent from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Significant experience (at least 10 years) in product management, engineering, commercial operations or services in the power industry.
- Domain expertise in generator services with a strong knowledge base in engineering design, lifecycle management and associated equipment.
- Significant experience (at least 10 years) in the Power Plant market, preferably related to the Nuclear power generation industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
What will make you stand out
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills.
- Established network in the Nuclear power generation industry, including relationship with customers and other stakeholders in this market.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills. Demonstrated execution experience with international cross functional teams, able to interface effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Experience with business development and strong customer service mindset.
- Knowledge of power plant economics and power industry market dynamics.

Relocation Assistance Provided: No
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $223,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
