Job Description Summary

Toutes les activités liées à l'amélioration de la technologie des services intégrant les données client ou à la collecte de paramètres moteurs/produits de fiabilité, de disponibilité, de maintenance, de sécurité et d'autres paramètres de performances. Comprend les employés horaires, non exemptés et exemptés, ainsi que les rôles de manager chargés uniquement de ces activités. Influence la qualité de son propre travail et du travail des collègues de son équipe. Exécute les tâches opérationnelles/techniques standard généralement soumises à des instructions et à des routines professionnelles. Une certaine latitude est accordée pour réorganiser l'ordre des tâches en fonction de l'évolution des situations professionnelles.

Job Description

• Develop new manufacturing and repair process technology to assist component teams in implementing repair strategies or fulfilling factory NPI requirements.
• This role will focus more on developing machining process.
• Create a validation plan for repair materials/process technology in conjunction with New Repair Introduction engineers.
• Ensure the successful transfer of development processes and validate repair service centers' qualifications and certifications for their repair procedures.
• Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments.
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
• Provide continuous improvement support and seek opportunities to enhance processes across the repair network.
• Utilize lean-manufacturing values for daily work and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs, and increase capacity
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while embracing and driving positive change inside and outside the organization when appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in Welding, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• General understanding of processes knowledge used for repair of industrial gas turbine components.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Understanding of lean methodology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 10% of the time, as required.
